• Complexity – I just never needed all the features that Procore™ and the others out there provided. I just needed to quickly produce a submittal or an RFI or a letter on my job, or a few jobs. I always had different tools which tracked cost detail or produced payroll or generated pay applications. Every time I tried a software which “did it all”, I was disappointed and frustrated. It wasn’t simple, plus we were paying for functionality we didn’t need or use.
• Cost – At Runjob Software™, it’s $1,949 + tax once and then $49 + tax per user per month. We don’t talk about “pricing plans” that may be tied to a company’s annual revenue, project contract value, or the number of users. We advertise our price on our website. We just keep it simple and try to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

With Runjob Software™, you do not have to hire an IT Manager or additional staff to manage this program. Runjob Software™ is geared more towards the companies that are generating documents in Microsoft® Word and then logging them into Microsoft® Excel. Our user is the one who knows he or she needs to sequentially number documents and keep clean files of each of your jobs but just doesn’t want the hassle of keeping it all on their server, or having to constantly “Save As” in Microsoft®.
We don’t try to sell our software to everyone, we promote it to companies for which we believe it is a fit. We see a fit in very small one-person companies, up to the companies who have hundreds of employees and jobs ranging to hundreds of millions of dollars.
