One of the reasons we developed Runjob Software was to keep simple things simple. What do we mean by that?
Well, each time you write a letter on your project, you likely have the date, the name of the company you’re writing to, the name of the person you’re writing to, and then some sort of sequential numbering of the letter. None of these items is rocket science. But, if you are like most companies, you use the industry standard word processing software.
It sounds silly, but how many times have you:
- forgotten to change the date
- forgotten to change the recipient’s name
- forgotten to change the greeting (“Dear Mr. Smith,” or “Ms. Hernandez:”)
- clicked on “Save” instead of “Save As” and had your current letter or a previous letter overwritten
These are all very simple things, but so often missed when writing your letters. Runjob Software does all of this for you. It numbers your letters and populates the addresses for you.
